1) Keeping up-to-date record of wages, salaries and remuneration of all the employees numbering around 500.
2) Collecting data from attendance records and overtime sheets and processing / preparing payroll of all the employees spread over 5 locations and disbursing payments through Cash, Pay Orders, Cheques, Demand Drafts and Bank Transfers.
3) Keeping record of unpaid wages and making disbursement to concerned employees.
4) Monitoring due dates and keeping up-to-date record of all the insurance policies.
5) Calculating and depositing of Social Security and EOBI contributions in accordance with the provisions of respective laws.
6) Maintaining record of contribution made to Government Institutions e.g. Employees Old Age Benefits Institutions, Social Security Institutions located in all the provinces of Pakistan.
7) Maintaining record of day-to-day office expenses.
8) Handling telecommunication including fax and email concerning this firm.
9) Assisting the undersigned in his day-to-day officials responsibilities including legal affairs with particular reference to labour laws.
