Manage routine maintenance (CM, PM, CBM) and shutdown maintenance activities.
Hands-on overhauling experience of multistage horizontal & vertical pumps, Steam turbine, Gas turbine, Compressor and gear boxes etc.
Monitoring and controlling downtime, availability and maintenance cost of equipment.
Develop annual & long-term budget for spares and services.
Develop planned & unplanned shutdown schedule along with resource allocation.
Perform technical design reviews as per international codes & standards (API, ASME, ASTM, TEMA, ISO etc.).
Develop test packs and ITPs highlighting hold points and control points.
Coordinating with consultants and contractors for detailed engineering.
Develop work instructions and SOPs for installation, maintenance and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
Develop the process and procedures for reliability and assets management programs.
Analyze the machine operational data and conduct various analytical studies using the data to identify machine degradation and provide recommendation to mitigate the problem.
Generate survey and investigation reports to direct corrective/preventive maintenance activities as required.
Ensure vibration related mechanical problem of rotating machines are detected and addressed based on severity of problem.
Prevent consequential damage on rotating machines by giving advance information on machine problem during its early stage.
Develop condition monitoring programs such as vibration analysis, tomography, and oil analysis to enhance reliability of machines & plant.
Suggest optimal maintenance program plans according to resource availability.
Carry out equipment performance analysis and check for equipment deterioration and their causes and recommend the solutions.
KPIs monitoring and report formulation thru CMMS.
