•Supervision and preparations of financial statements by IFRSs and corporate regulations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing & prepare monthly financials and analyses for top management.
• Manage and control the execution of all accounting activities (GL, AR, AP & Inv).
• Ensure the recording of inflows and processing of payments (corporate, payroll, etc);
• Ensure proper accounts reconciliation including bank accounts and related party transactions.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for facilitation of financial statement validation.
Liaison with operational and business teams for effective management of the controls.
•Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Maintained good working relationships with banks for Financing, investments, and other ancillary matters.
