Worked as core resource during upgrade project of EMC Data domain on Production & DR site to DD9300 with dual controller for High
Availability. This was the first deployment of EMC Data domain DD9300 with HA in Pakistan.
Worked on pre-upgrades include Data domain OS to latest one, DDboost & Veeam version upgradation to make the smooth transition to
new Box.
Liaison with EMC local & International team.
Engaged in filesystem, replication & HA troubleshooting after upgrade.
Conduct the HA functionality test, Production backups testing via Veeam, TSM, ddboost & VTL.
Upgrade Data Domain Management Center (DDMC) to new version and configured the DDs’ on DDMC console.
Ensure efficiency of 24x7 operations including monitoring of Core Banking Applications; Ensure Pre-post backup verifications.
