I am expert in Plastic CSD Closure manufacturing at COMPRESSION MOLDING SACMI machines. I have more than 12 Years of experience at these machine. I can Manage the whole Production facility lonely with team. I have extensive background in production process and Technical and proven success as a production, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Manager.

In my previous and current job I am leading more than 100 person staff of production, maintenance and Quality.

Responsible for overseeing the Quality of Plastic Closures.

Duties;

• Complaint Handling Regarding Product Quality
• Responsible for maintaining/developing the product quality, batch formulation, resin material, quality & process audit.
• Manage and monitor the quality of all finished products (CSD 1 piece closures, mineral water closure, CSD 2piece closure) to maintain the company’s high standard and meet the market requirements.
• Manage the work activities of the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that Q.C. Technicians adhered to approved quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with Operators to ensure that the mixing percentage of colorant as per standard.
• Manage inspection of incoming new materials.
• Conduct material evaluation to determine acceptability to purchase acceptance standard set by the company.
• Establish safe working procedures in the area of responsibilities to keep the number of accidents to the minimum or zero.
• Manage and ensure ISO 9000 and FSMS (ISO 22000) implementations.
• Investigating incidences of staff non-compliance of procedures.
• Carrying out routine sampling of products produced..
• Preparing for third party audits.
• Ensuring that internal and external audits are properly carried out.
• Assisting with the training and development of staff.
• Dealing with technical issues as they arise.
• Maintaining the company’s SOP system.
• Managing the factory internal audit program.
• Ensuring that corrective action is taken to rectify any shortcomings.
• Improving relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Supporting the marketing, commercial and business development functions of the company.
• Providing input into development protocols.

Responsible for overseeing a Rotary compression Molding Plant and its Maintenance.

Duties;

• Estimating the amount of raw materials it will take to meet production goals.
• Making sure that there is no over stocking nor under stocking of inventories.
• Initiating corrective actions.
• Organizing the routine cleaning, oiling, maintenance and replacement of machines, production equipment and spare parts.
• Producing up to date management information and charts.
• Expressing the views and concerns of the manufacturing department at company-wide meetings.
• Monitoring employees whilst they work to ensure they are meeting their performance requirements.
• Reviewing production orders for accuracy.
• Purchasing new equipment and Parts.
• Checking all reports prepared by production supervisors for accuracy and completeness.
• Establishing work schedules and rotates for the employees.
• Comparing actual production plans with real life results and then investigating any discrepancies.
• Planning the capacity for both short and long term's production.
• Deciding on the type of technology, machines and material handling system to be used in the production process.
• Hiring temporary staff to assist with busy periods.
• Monitoring the amount of authorized overtime employees are allowed.
• Designing modifications to the production process.
• Troubleshooting of rotatorey molding compression
• Arrangement of Mold Changing
• Ensuring good quality products by calibrating the Vision Control System
