Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing a quality management plan and working closely with the various disciplines to achieve quality goals. Regularly maintaining and updating the project quality plan.
• Review and approve the Prequalification of the supplier/manufacturer.
• Keeping quality records and Recommended corrective actions or plans/programs for overall defect reductions in project works. Coordinate with consultants for daily inspections and QC issues.
• Ensuring all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment, and Quality policies, regulations, and standards.
• Conducting and recording project-specific quality orientation & training.
• Conducting follow-up on nonconformance reports, proposing corrective or preventive action, and ensuring that corrective and preventive action is implemented to close NCRs.

Saudi Industrial Property Authority) Jeddah3 Industrial city, Saudi Arabia.
Employer: Daralriyadh consulting firm, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Daralriyadh consulting firm is providing full time site supervision with regard to road construction at
MODON Jeddah3 Industrial City while Mouchel is managed project management services. The overall
project cost was amounting to 600million Saudi Riyal.
* Prepared procedures, templates as required for the project specific. Monitored and verified the MIR
(Material inspection request), FIR (Field inspection request), RFI (Request for information) according
to the approved project specification.
* Reported to the Construction Manager and led a team of 07 material supervisors in managing the
project Quality Control activities for Jeddah3 Industrial city road Project and minor buildings.
* supervised and monitored concrete mix design to determine concrete performance with respect to its
workability, consistency, slump, compressive strength, durability, wear and tear resistance, batch
yielding, permeability and water tightness, scaling resistance, economy, stability, volume and crack
control, finish ability, Pumpability and Placibility.
* Performed technical reviews and evaluations with respect to mill products and submitted to client for
approval. Supervised and approved the material source related to embankment, sub grade,
aggregate base course, asphalt base course and asphalt surface course.
* Routine quality control tests conducted on asphalt mix design (Marshal) to meet project specification.
Checked asphalt content, aggregate gradation, stability, VMA, VFA, AIR VOIDS, marshal flow and
density, Asphalt base and wearing course compaction tests.
* Issued NCR when work had not been found in full Compliance with the contract specification OR
acceptance criteria. Made follow up for NCR and propose corrective or preventive action as required.

Supervised and monitored concrete mix design to determine concrete performance with respect to its
workability, consistency, slump, compressive strength, durability, Air content(Added admixture), wear
and tear resistance, batch yielding, permeability and water tightness, scaling resistance, economy,
stability, volume and crack control, finish ability, Pumpability and Placibility.
* Supervised concrete production, placement and quality control of concrete for construction of
various bridges and culverts.
* Supervised control tests for fresh concrete included temperature, Air test, slump test for
workability, consistency, density and yield, cylinders for concrete compressive strength.
* Monitored concrete consolidation to avoid and eliminate honeycomb, entrapped air, rock pocket,

* All applicable quality tests of aggregates used in asphalt were carried out and asphalt cement
tested for pavement construction.
* Reinforcement steel tested for mechanical properties included yield and tensile strength,
Elongation, cross-section area etc. Verify chemical composition of steel to meet project
requirement.
* Selected quarries and produced embankment, sub grade, sub-base and base course material as
per project spec. for road construction.

* Followed Kiewit Quality management system compliance to ISO9001-2000. Created and

* Ensured monitoring equipment and testing devices used in the project are logged, maintained
and calibrated.

Client: Vancouver Water District, Canada (Seymour Falls Dam Seismic upgrade project)

Monitored testing and inspection procedures to ensure compliance with the quality manual,
project requirements and specified codes and standards.
* Supervised sieve analysis, modified proctor and concrete quality control tests. Asphalt quality
control assurance tests by Marshal Mix design method.
* Conducted In-situ field density tests by nuclear density gauge. Created and maintained a records
system for all quality related documents.

Client: United Nation Drugs Control program (UNDCP)
Employer: Dir District Development Project NWFP, Pakistan
* The multisector project funded by United Nation Drugs Control program (UNDCP) to eliminate the
poppy growth from the area through development works.
* Supervised different projects from tendering process until completion. Accomplished asphalt road
(Concrete and wooden suspension bridges. Primary schools, mother’s child health care center,
and many small village infrastructures. Quality control tests made on soils, concrete and asphalt.
* Accomplished 220 km gravel/rural road through community participation. The project provided
70% share of total cost while community contributed 30% share in shape of labor.
* Reported on all technical issues to the senior technical staff and kept them updated about all
activities.
