To manage corporate procurement through head of admins based in 9 regional hub offices established in 9 different countries for the development of processes and systems required to deliver procurement. To guide the RH office for the strategic development of procurement to maximize value for money and achieve compliance through the support and development of best practice across all regional hubs. To make decisions on procurement cases as approver up to value 200, 000 USD, initiated by RH and to provide procurement advice and support for the management and other stakeholders in the organization.
Responsible for compliance of procurement practices with IDB’s corporate procurement policy and procedures for goods, works, services, real estate and consultancy. To coordinate for establishment of procurement committees and follow up with buyers related to progress and procurement transactions from PR to Payment.
As Head of Consultancy Services Unit (CSU), responsible to manage end-to-end process of consultancy services and provide guidance to requesting department from preparation of business case to final contract.
Job:
Translate plans into sourcing strategies to ensure supplies by complying with Nestle Global Best Practices of procurement and using appropriate method of procurement.
Achievements:
- Value Addition to Business through COGS amounting PKR 75+ Mio from Y-2010 to Y-2013, significantly played my part in meeting the market level initiative for lowering the Total Delivery Cost (TDC).
- White Belt Certification upon completion of two projects as a team leader with cross-functional teams, value addition both tangible/intangible.
- Largest number of e-auctions run during Y-2011 i.e. 08 Nos.
- As Market Responsible Sourcing Champion, more than 50% suppliers, service providers, both local and global were qualified and complied on SMETA four pillars through Responsible Sourcing program.
- Supported companywide DPO initiative by implementing extended payment terms up-to 60 days.

Responsible for Material Requirement Planning and Production Planning of Ambient/Chilled Dairy, Juice, Bottled Water, Nestle Nutrition and Cereal Plants, planning of Plant Capacity utilization, Plant Maintenance Planning with engineering team, Managing direct materials supplies, inventory controls, stocks covers, timely payments to suppliers as per agreement, optimization of logistics and planning for casual labor by sharing plan with warehousing teams.

Nominated Super User for implementation phase of SAP at three different sites, Responsible for training of more than 25 end users for the module and defined layout of warehouses with different storage types.

Transferred data from legacy system BPCS to SAP successfully with the team during quiet Period
I was handling team of 30+ people comprising permanent and contractual labor, responsible for inbound and outbound supplies, inter plant transfers, storage, optimization of warehousing facility, inventory of materials, and follow up with quality assurance for release of materials.
