√ Monitor a proper implementation of financial policies and procedures to maintain bookkeeping smoothness, considering time efficiency and data accuracy.

Senior accountant
As a senior accountant, my role included assisting in preparing the consolidated financial, Assist in preparing the annual budget and monitoring budget v/s actual expenses, Resolving the outstanding balance sheet items, Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information & calculations, Facilitate & complete monthly closing procedures, Analyze revenues, Commissions & expenses to ensure appropriate recording on monthly basis, Assist in analyzing the monthly financial ratios, Examine, approve & post the journal vouchers, Reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger & resolves differences, approve the monthly payroll of the main office (Kuwait) and UAE office which prepared by HR, and prepare a price list for the available units that achieve the desired IRR in line with the business and marketing plan.
As a Budget controller, to monitor the operations execution within the budget boundaries according to the Co.’s assumptions in view of each cost / profit center, approve the monthly payroll of the main office (Kuwait) and UAE office which prepared by HR Dept., daily tracking of banks position, and monthly managerial reporting of operational information.
As a cost accountant at the first glasses’ lenses factory in the middle east. Monitoring the production costs of Nikon lenses in Kuwait, following up semi-finished lenses stock, handling the manufacturing consumables as direct costs on production phases. Maintain all foreigner & local suppliers’ accounts with preparing monthly reports of purchases, production, workshop efficiency & cost centers monthly performance.
As an accountant for the daily transactions of more than 72 excavation projects included (Al Razi hospital and the hospitals area) for preparing the costs allocation of each project with daily activity sheet for more than 16 heavy equipment.
