IT Officer Job Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
Manage and troubleshoot hardware components, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist users with setting up and configuring their devices, email accounts, and software applications.
Monitor for security threats, conduct vulnerability assessments, and apply patches and updates.
Maintain documentation for IT systems, including network diagrams, hardware and software inventory, and user manuals.
Plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
Ensure the organization adheres to relevant IT regulations and standards.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
Evaluate and manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors.
Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and service requests.

Conducting Online CEO Meeting Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the CEO meeting coordinator and other key participants to gather input and topics for discussion.
Conduct pre-meeting technology checks to troubleshoot any potential issues.
Ensure that all necessary materials, such as presentations or reports, are prepared and distributed in advance.
Provide technical assistance to participants who encounter issues during the meeting.
Be Prepared to troubleshoot and resolve common online meeting platform problems.

CCTV Responsibilities:

Design and deploy wireless networks using Ubiquiti UniFi access points.
install CCTV cameras, DVRs (Digital Video Recorders), NVRs (Network Video Recorders), and related equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues, such as camera malfunctions or recording problems.
Set up remote viewing and monitoring capabilities, allowing authorized users to access live and recorded footage remotely.

Gain a solid understanding of networking basics, including OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and subnetting.
Learn about the different types of network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Understand common network topologies like star, bus, ring, and mesh.
Gain experience in using network monitoring tools and techniques to track network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Understand the fundamentals of Wi-Fi technology, including different standards (e.g., 802.11ac) and security measures.
Develop problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
Understand cable types (e.g., Cat6, fiber optics) and best practices for cable management.
Explore virtual LANs (VLANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), and network virtualization technologies.
Understand industry standards and compliance requirements related to network security and data privacy.
