Job Responsibilities:
• Configure and install various network devices and
services (e.g., routers, switches).
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Maintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and
switching.
• Resolve problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Manage hardware and software assets.
• Supporting team in different Routing and Switching Projects.
• Routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP and OSPF.
Job Responsibilities:
•Plan, implement and monitor activities utilizing Capacity work management system.
•Marketing activities, supporting to branches, supporting to customers, coordinate Quick Pay customer services, inquiry, refund arrangement, follow up with customers complaints, train to customers Quick Pay (National Commercial Bank) online Application.
• Coordinate with employers and migrant workers to increase the usage of digital cross-border transfers and support the digitization of salaries also update and issuance of new ATM Cards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers and co-workers through a variety of channels including email, phone and through the
use of various office machines.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Daily communication with client through Secure messaging regarding issues.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
