Looking after supply chain management in a 3PL type system in which Investigational drugs
and ancillaries provided by MSF via Air transit are received, their NOC collection from local
authorities, storage and dispensation to patients.
Supervision of record maintenance in MSF Accountability logs, Dispensation logs and
archiving manually as well as electronically on Sharepoint keeping in view ALCOA principles
and prepare all for audit.
Checking & receiving of prescriptions, error identification and rectification.
Supervision of blister pack preparation & distribution as per MSF SOPs.
Raise PRF for required items and inventory management of IRD provided Ancillary drugs.
Storage of items in controlled temperature and Humidity between 15c - 25c & 60%rh.
Monthly reporting on QuanTb and using same for order generation for upcoming shipments.
Resolve pharmacy related matters if arise.
Deal with Patient care cash amount for local ancillary procurement and patient diagnostic
tests.
Preparation of Site initiation SOPs and its implementation.
Managing Pharmacy staff, their supervision and sorting out their issues.
