• Perform testing and commissioning of Distribution and Power transformers, MV/HV
switchgear, MV cables, CTs/PTs and grounding systems as per IEC, IEEE, SEC
standards.
• Conduct transformer tests: IR, WR, TTR, Vector Group, Polarity, Excitation current,
Magnetic balance, Contact resistance, CT/PT ratio, Burden test, and full visual
inspection.
• Perform PD diagnostics on MV switchgear, cable terminations, joints, and bushings using
UltraTEV, IPEC, and Megger UHF PD detectors.
• Perform MV cable testing including VLF withstand, Insulation Resistance (IR), verify
terminations and joints for insulation condition and continuity.
• Perform circuit breaker testing (MCB, MCCB, Contractor, VCB, SF6 CB) including
Insulation Resistance (IR), Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM), Open-Close /
Close-Open timing tests, coil resistance, spring charging mechanism checks.
• Perform SF6 gas quality testing using DILO analyzers including moisture, purity,
decomposition products, gas pressure verification, leak detection,
• Apply strict LOTO, isolation and HV safety procedures during all testing activities;
verify grounding integrity through earth resistance testing, continuity checks.

Performed load calculations, lighting/power design, and site supervision for commercial
and industrial projects per standards.
• Executed corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, LV panels,
MDB/SMDB/DB, control panels, motors, and generators.

• testing of transformers, RMUs, switchgear, MDBs, SMDBs, and DBs in line with IFC
drawings and project specifications.
• Conducted insulation resistance, continuity, functional checks, and pre-energization
tests for electrical equipment; managed testing during installation, pre-commissioning,
and commissioning stages.
• Supervised cable testing, cable pulling, containment works, terminations, grounding,
and verification; checked cable routes in trenches, ducts, manholes, and trays for
compliance.
• Ensured proper alignment, earthing, and bonding of electrical panels before energization;
enforced LOTO and safety procedures during testing.
• Prepared weekly testing and progress reports, highlighting deficiencies, abnormal readings,
and corrective actions for resident engineers and project managers.
