Manage Fleet Operations efficiently and cost effectively.
Closely liaison with LPG Producers to plan out product movement plan at company locations.
Ensure the fleet drivers are given regular training on Product Knowledge, Road Safety, Fire fighting and Customer Service etc and maintain records for same.
Ensure timely investments takes place for required expansion and maintenance of the company owned fleet.
Review transport operational and maintenance SOP’s from time to time and implement the same accordingly.
Enforce a well planned/cost effective Preventive Maintenance System of Prime movers and Tankers through in-house and contract resources.
Ensure Fleet Operations remain within the budget.
Make transport monitoring and controls measurable through developing monthly KPI’s.
Ensure road safety and procedures are followed by company and contracted drivers at all times.
Evaluate contractor’s performance on annual basis and review contract extensions on the basis of same.
Ensure that all company vehicles complies to NHA standards and remain in good working condition.
Maintain Transport Manual updated and ensure all the company drivers remain in good health by conducting routine health check-ups.
In addition to the above responsibilities any task can be assigned by the company management from time to time.

i use to work in the banking operations department where the head office use to keep coordination with all the branches nation wide and giving intimations about the bank policies. Then i have spent two months in the credits monitoring cell where we had to make reports of defaulters of bank and reports it to the state bank.
