Main Responsibilities:
To maintain the constant production to achieve the monthly target effectively.
Monitoring of the jobs according to all safety measures.
To assure quality, maintain parameters (temperature, pressure and flow rate) to achieve maximum yield in minimum time.
To carry out maintenance jobs.
Daily production making and discussing plant’s problems and issues.
Main Equipment:
Multi tube falling film Plug flow reactor, Double pipe heat exchanger, Shell and tube heat exchanger, Refrigeration system, air dehumidification through silica gel bed.
The Startup, Shut down, trouble shooting, quality assurance and working condition’s (temperature
Pressure and flow rate) monitoring through PLC controlling system of the following.
Fat Splitting Plant
Fatty acid Distillation Plant
Glycerin Distillation Plant
Water Sweetening Process.
Main Subjects: Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics, Petroleum refinery Engineering, Chemical Process Control, Polymer Processing, Advanced Reaction Engineering, Transport Phenomena.
