Develop the operational, financial, and compliance audit scope.
Design and document risk and control matrix as well as audit work programs.
Test process level control design and effectiveness, Identify weak/problem areas and developing effective corrective action plans.
Evaluate and provide reasonable assurance on the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Internal Audit Manager.
Track the progress of audits; provides technical assistance to auditors in compiling, drafting, and completing audits and audit reports.
Ensure compliance with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) & the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing Standards (IIA).
Prepare the Risk-based Internal Audit (RBIA).
Provide Internal Audit Strategic Sourcing (IASS).
Performing Internal Control Reviews (ICR).
Prepare Process Analysis Documents (PAD).
Develop Audit Work Programs (AWP).
Prepare working papers, and drafting internal audit reports.
Use of risk and controls knowledge, with emphasis on those that are industry-specific and compliance-driven.
Assess, evaluate and develop the effectiveness of organization's governance processes.
Develop solutions to close the gaps and enable change to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
Provide fraud risk assessment and anti-fraud process evaluation.
Organized and participated in 8 international events with international speakers like (PR Smith, Brain Carter, David Merman Scott, Jamie Turner, Michael Brito)
Manage staff responsible for event coordination activities
Participating in Hire staff, Moreover train and educate the staff on proper event procedures
Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
Book venues and negotiate fees.
Hire bartenders and wait staff.
Work with guest of honor to ensure all requests are met.
Promote the event using flyers, cold calling, and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.
Define company brand through events.
Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event.

Answering incoming calls.
Offering customers Numbers and addresses.
Performing administrative functions.
Updating client accounts.
