• Daily monitoring and inspection of site for the works
carried out by Doosan and its subcontractors and
provide needful assistance to make the works safer.
◦ On the job correction of deficiencies by directly
instructing the subcontractors.
◦ Enforce housekeeping and waste management at
site by strict control of subcontractors.
◦ Prepare Environment Monitoring reports and
assist to implement Environment Management
system.
◦ Assist HSE Manager to issue the site entry gate
pass and to control the security at site.
◦ Assist Site Manager and HSE Manager to
implement the de-merit point system for
subcontractors.
