Duty includes customer related issues at site, clearance, inspections as per requirement by company or customer, Disconnection / reconnection of utility services as per requirement / instructions. Make different types of reports on daily basis.
Trouble shooting electrical related faults in industrial machines using for glass bottles manufacturing. All machines are PLC controlled using siemens S5 and S7. During projects, installation and commissioning work with contractual engineers. Working as shift technician and responsible to troubleshoot the faults and try to minimize the production downtime.
to trouble shoot the fault in control panels using for different purposes, all kind of faults related with electrical power and control, can work on PLC controlled machines and ability to read the control and power diagram.
