Training & Development | Sales Enablement Zones, LLC Islamabad Pak
Our primary objective is to facilitate Sales Enablement. I cater to training of new hires or seasoned tenured Account Managers, entering the IT Marketplace. My job is to simply ramp up the recruits.
I deliver training in solutions for Workplace Modernization, Data Center Management and Technical Services. Facilitating simulation & 1on1 coaching
I regularly collaborate with our elite partners and assist in Product & Partner trainings from Microsoft, Apple, Dell, Lenovo and more.
Also assisted and trained with SoPs, Playbooks, Toolkits and Q/As.
I also designed the decks for preexisting content with more digital touch using Prezi, Video, Canva and PowerPoint.
Also conducted training on technical and professional services along with digital tools, Microsoft and Cloud solutions.
Guide new hires to learn through Learning Management System courses and videos then facilitated Q/A sessions.
Trainings delivered by modes in training room and virtually online via Microsoft Teams. As, I am also the training ambassador for Microsoft Teams.
This was a remote position. The company office was in Toronto, Ontario. The company focused on Pega Solutions and IT Staffing. I was part of the IT Staffing team. We provided talent sourcing to clients for their respective IT projects in Canada.
My role was to lead the cycle from initiation of work request process to candidate to client onboarding and finalizing invoicing with timesheets.
·Firstly, I would create a talent pool & then screen the applications from Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Linkedin.
·Conduct video interviews via Skype, Zoom, & Google Meet with the candidates to find a job and skills fit. Do a preliminary assessment & technical evaluation. Negotiate compensation with IT, specialist candidates.
