Key Responsibilities:
 Review bid documents for tendering, evaluate contractual terms & conditions and commercial issues pertaining to financial guarantees / bonds, payments mechanism and division of responsibilities.
 Ensure appropriate 'back to back' offers from co-contractors and key subcontractors; prepare contract gap analysis between customer requirements and supply chain commitments from Suppliers.
 Perform risk management associated with Non-Technical Requirements, identify Offset requirements.
 Manage formal clarification and negotiation process and internal preparation of draft contract, check validity of documents for Mgmt approval and smooth transition to Program Phase after signature.
 Manage any Pre-Contract conditions affecting the coming into force, maintain and update all contract documents, partnership agreement & subcontracts, trace changes and update the Programme team.
 Draft and manage subcontracts for construction and engineering services through close-out, monitor performance, issue notices, manage invoices and payments, and perform claims management (EOT, Acceleration, Idling).
 Preparation of Service Orders in line with project requirements and work scope deliverables.
 Undertake contractual and financial analysis; monitor the cash position and turnover forecast, act in the case of customer payment delays, ensure proper documentation to accelerate the invoicing approvals.
 Identify, evaluate and manage the contract amendment opportunities, under take contractual and financial analysis of change/waiver requests received from customer to improve project turnover.
 Monitor subcontractor’s compliance with contract requirements, undertake contractual and financial analysis of change/waiver requests and not meeting their commitments and generate the amendments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulating FIDIC based agreements/contract documents for clients and subcontractors as well as negotiating end-to-end deals inclusive of settlement and breach of contract parameters.
• Advising on contracts' terms and conditions towards assessing risk-bearing contractual terms and minimizing risk and potential liabilities.
• Executing bid management, preparing bid specifications and recommending awards of contracts. Analyzing bids, judging their validity by corroborating costing validity, and awarding contracts accordingly.
• Monitoring contractors performance based on key deliverables (pricing and service capabilities) conforming to turnaround time, quality and cost. Performing post award coordination with sub contractors to ascertain timely submission of bonds and guarantees.
• Devising and updating project budgets on the basis of latest forecast plans, monitoring major categories of project costs and presenting periodic project financial reviews to the upper management.
• Ascertaining compliance with project requirements, negotiating modification in project scope of work, and drafting EOT claims whilst maintaining compliance with FIDIC terms.
