To ensure that the highest quality of Mechanical construction work are in accordance
With project specific cost and schedule requirements
* Get approved MEP shop drawings & Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and project
specification from project Engineer
* Advise the Project Director of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect
construction progress, e.g. quality or snagging
* Manage the day to day work of the MEP team
* Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings
* Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction
* Proactive coordination with main contractor, Subcontractor for effective and smooth execution of work
* Control and monitor site supervisors, site foreman and execute training and assistance, as required from
time to time
* Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals
* Follow up with procurement department to provide all material at site.
* Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise
request for Inspection (RFI) to QC-Inspector
* Update LOG Sheet, Material Requesting Sheet and Variation in drawing Sheet.
* Perform regular inspection of all materials and works for all plumbing and firefighting activities.
* Installation of Firefighting, Plumbing and Chilled water Pipes and Accessories from approved drawing

* Preparing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as smoke or light testing for
Ducts, Copper pipes pressure testing for VRV/VFR, Gravity and pressure test for plumbing works and
Hydro test for Above ground and Underground chilled water piping’s, systems
* Active involvement in weekly meetings with project management to resolve the site related issues
* Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing
and Specification and get daily progress report from site supervisor or foreman and update to project
Engineer or Manager
* Display highest standard of HSE on site.
Provide all approved drawings, material and tools to site team.
* Coordinate with site team as well as production department.
* Follow up with procurement department to provide all material at site.
* Report to Head of Engineering at daily basis.
