Responsibilities as Project Manager
• Part of Contract Negotiation, Estimtaion, bidding and Project feasibility analysis team.
• Draft Project Charter and get formal authorization to kick off the project
• Prepare Preliminary Project Scope Statement and integrate various processes to officially announce the planning phase of the project which includes Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk & procurement plans
• Directly responsible for customer communication
• Create & get approval for Project Management Plan, PIP, create WBS, HR Plan, Financial Plans, Risk Management, Subcontractor Management Plan, warehousing & logistics Resource Plan & evaluate Project Technical Plans (Core, Access, RF etc)
• Budget Preparation & Monthly Bussiness Ananlysis to Insue the Project Delivery within the Approved Budget.
• Designate Project Core Team and involve them in decision making processes for successful project delivery
• Responsible for Project Quality Assurance & Customer approval of quality standards
• Responsible for team building and allocate reasonable budget for such activities
• Responsible for Project Quality Control & meeting Project KPIs
• Responsible for overall cost control & monitor financial aspects of project
• Arrange regular meetings with all customer & internal stakeholders for sharing progress, gaining their confidence & support for all major project decisions
