1. Infrastructure Management
Monitor performance and conduct routine inspections IT Hardware, Software, Network and infrastruture on the Site in order to ensure availability of IT equipment.
2. Preventive Maintenance
Make a schedule and coordinate with the users execution of preventive maintenance in order to ensure the appropriate standard conditions.
3. Breakdown Maintenance

Ensure timely completion, communicate with Vendors and Clients.
Rack Assembly of Network Hardware in Data Center for NYSE based on template specs from Client
Cisco 12xxx, 7xxxx, 6xxxx, 5xxx, HP Blades, Juniper etc
Inventory Control of Equipment received and installed on Rack
Cabling for interconnectivity of devices including Fiber and RJ 45
Vendor Communication to maintain installation schedule and instructions of Rack Elevation
Documentation, Spread sheets and Rack Elevations
Loopback tests for Fiber Trunks thru CIena Trunks using Tbird and Xinia, Fiber Torch for tracing signal to MPOE closets/T1/MPLS/Fiber/SONET DWDM/T1/T3/ Ciena Trunks
- Migrating their data Center from Branch Office, CT location to Head Office, CT
- Design and Troubleshooting of BGP, OSPF and site-to-site IPSEC tunnels & ISDN
- Design and Troubleshooting of QOS & COS
- Design and Troubleshooting of VOIP and Multicast
- Configuration of various Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices Cisco 6509s, Juniper M320s, Juniper QFX 5100 Juniper switches and HP switches.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Spanning Tree Protocol, VLANS and Inter-VLAN routing.
- Data Center migration of all network devices including switches, routers, firewalls and load balancers.
- Creating network diagrams in Visio.
