ROLE PURPOSE
•Ensure Quality management in entire R&D trialing through serving as a positive influence on others by promoting commitment to the organization’s vision by coaching and encouraging others
•Being acting as a coordinator for HSE, ensure all internal standards of Health Safety & environment at Manga R&D station by serving as a positive influence on others by promoting commitment to the organization’s vision
•CAPEX planning and execution through shaping systems and processes, improve them and remove potential conflicts
•Management of R&D operational activities by promoting commitment to the organization’s vision through frequent reviews structure of unit to ensure best outcomes
•Conduct PEA trials on various crops by demonstrating the ability to get things done, even when faced with competing priorities through planning projects well and accurately estimating length and difficulty of tasks and activities
•Ensure collection of quality data, its management and analysis by accurately analyzing available information in a logical and organized manner & persistent in driving for results.
•Facilitates training of local staff on Stewardship and Regulatory Compliance requirements, including standard operating procedures, specific work instructions, and any unique local regulations and/or permit terms and conditions.
•Acts as site contact for internal/external audits and quality reviews
ROLE PURPOSE
•To implement and mantain high level of compliance across Pakistan regarding quality & stewardship aspects in term of SOPs & records.
•Extended role in this position included conducting field trails and evaluating traits, raw data collection, improving infrastructure at all R&D sites, R&D operations and global reporting of Manga site regarding HSE practices.
•Ensured all the processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained
•Ensures compliance with Country related regulations, guidelines and biosafety best practices.
•Understand both internal (Syngenta) and external (e.g. Country Regulation) stewardship and compliance requirements and SQC testing strategies and ensure adherence.
•Facilitates training of local staff on Stewardship and Regulatory Compliance requirements, including standard operating procedures, specific work instructions, and any unique local regulations and/or permit terms and conditions.

Work as a team member along with social organiser to identify technological gaps in the NRM sector with organised communities
Assist Project Manager to formulate NRM packages in the project area
Prepare work plan in accordance with NRM plan for the Community Organisations
Assist Project Manager in preparation of quarterly and annual work pans
Develop strategy of community interaction for the social organizers.
Introduce the program concept and develop a long-term vision of the program in the organised communities.
Motivate villagers to organise themselves.
Assist communities in needs identification and prioritisation.
Introduce program packages with organised communities.
Carrying out any other special assignment given by the Project Director and Project Manager within the field of his/her competence.
