My major responsibilities in SIEMENS Pakistan are as under:
SAP Basis: (Installation, configuration, Users and authorization, Transport Management System, Online & offline backup and restore, database import export)
System Administration: ( Support & Maintenance, Helpdesk, Hardware Support, LAN and WAN monitoring and troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 advance server, Windows 2000, XP, Vista and windows7, Installation, maintenance, backup and restore of Exchange Server)
Hardware: (Fujitsu Siemens Configuration & Solution Designing, HP servers, PCs and notebook) Design hardware for various projects with fujitsu configurator i.e. GHPL, Mari Gas, Kamra PAC, NHA, Pakistan Post Office and Utility Store Headquarters. Sap hardware sizing as per customer requirement.
HP Servers Pc’s and notebook installation and hardware, software troubleshooting.
Worked as a system support engineer on different project (Pakistan Oil Filed, Ministry of planning, Alfaysal Bank, Askari commercial Bank Ltd).Main task and duties were installation of workstation and server.
