• Assist network technicians in installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Workstation operating systems and Linux EE5 for Proxy Server.
• Overall Security and Confidentiality of the entire Network and Data of the centre.
• configure and administrate Group Policy with a Windows Domain environment
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact with staff members
• Managing user accounts on Microsoft Active Directory
• To install configure and tune, various Oracle products for both client side deployments testing, including, but not limited to: Oracle Databases, Oracle Collaboration Suite, etc.
• To manage various Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers running Squid Server as a proxy server technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues of customer's PCs, including data recovery operations.
• To provide suggestions and solutions in terms of Network, Security and Operating systems, involved in solving clients' problems.
• Train junior resources to be able to perform the same activities outlined above.

• Managing Local Area Network and Monitoring and support of Windows Servers to ensure consistent backups, patches and adherence to security requirements
• Managing user accounts on Microsoft Active Directory
• Installation of Software and Hardware
• Design and testing of disaster recovery plans, redundancy and replication.
• Design, configuration, and management of infrastructure and core business application availability monitoring
