Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with the - Contracts Specialist to fully understand the requirements of the project and provide assistance throughout the project cycle.
Proactively assist in the bid process start to finish.
Creating comprehensive pricing models.
Perform Bid surrogation and create awards through Oracle ERP R12 business suite.
Create various Amendments, Variations, Blanket Purchase Agreements and Consignment Agreements through ERP Oracle R12 Business suit .
Maintain records of completed tenders, key dates and future opportunities.
Implementing new contracts, working closely with colleagues from the operations, resourcing, finance and IT teams to ensure that all contractual requirements are understood and actioned.
Assist in creating and maintaining procedures manuals, templates and guidelines for contracts
Managing contract performance, maintaining detailed reports and statistics on KPIs.
Have completed BE in Mechanical Engineering from Dr.Sivanthi Aditanar college of Engineering, which is affiliated to Anna University Chennai, Tamilnadu.
