Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.
Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
Hire and train new employees on financial operations.
Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
Participate in performance evaluation of finance staff and conduct counseling sessions to identify skill development needs.
Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.
Assist in account payable and receivable activities.
Perform account reconciliation activities.
Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.
Responsibilities:-
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
Responsibilities:-
Preparation of consolidated annual budget for company.
Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.
Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.
Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget need.
Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.
Perform cost-benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods.
Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.
Monitors and tracks obligation and expenditures for assigned activity accounts on related budgetary form, schedules, and reports.
Responsibilities:-
Gathers, assembles, and formats data and prepares preliminary analysis for budget preparation.
Assists in preparation and presentation of preliminary and final budget documents.
Prepares budget presentation materials; maintains data and systems for budget tracking and reporting and generates reports.
Prepares and participates in the preparation of the annual budget, including analysis and estimates of expenditures.
Analysis and projections of revenue; review of intra-department requests and sub-budgets; recommendations on allocations of funds, personnel and account coding.
Develops expenditures and revenue forecasts.
Prepares baseline budget and revisions as needed.
Analyzes, evaluates and processes budget proposals; reconciles appropriation by source of funding; prepares and processes transfer of budget allotments.
Review and consult with department management staff on final budget preparation and presentations to Executive staff; provides budget information, instruction and assistance to staff.
Makes recommendations on budget matters to higher level staff, and assists in implementation and monitoring of changes.
Preparing Reports on monthly and quarterly basis and present to FM, CFO & MD
Responsibilities:-
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Produces payroll by initiating computer processing, printing checks, verifying finished product.
Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts, providing information for auditors.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
