MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining the work of time Office.
• Controlled the discipline of Time Office
• Preparing all Gate pass for shutdown project.
• Reporting management details to top management.
• Preparing vehicle gate passes.
• Maintaining the personal file of employees.
• Operating GDMS system regular basis .
• Maintain experience and training records of all craftsmen working.
• Ensure & maintain HSE orientation record of the employees of the company.
• Update the visa status for head office.
• Responsible of mobilization & demobilization of overseas employees.
• Implementations of company policy & local labor law.
• Exit papers of employees with the help of MPC.
• Keep proper record of all employees file, management, on management.
• Responsible for preparation of transfer letters, promotion letters, salary correction letters, general office correspondences by liaising with the HR team.
• Facilitate induction / orientation program for new employees as advised by Recruitment Group Leader.
• Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses.
• Responsible for preparation of Personnel Files and archiving.
