- Planned & Monitored the Furnace and Equipment maintenance & Piping work.
- Understand, Segregate the scope and established strategy with team for smooth execution.
- Also Prepare data for sound tracking of progress.
- Activity wise progress updating in Primavera P6 L-IV plan.
- Monitoring of the M.S, S.S, Monel, Alloy Piping fabrication & Erection according to Piping layout, Isometric drawings and as per designed specification.
- Participate in regular inter-departmental & client meetings for progress review and recording minutes of meeting and performing follow-ups.
- Coordinate with engineering design department for As Built Drawings as per site.
- Effective deployment of resources like Manpower, Equipment and consumables.
- Ensure obtaining the work permit and site operation as per P6 approved baseline.
- Maintained technical records, reviewed project documents and drawings.
- Raise Purchase Requisition and control PR control sheet.
- Coordinating with Sub-Contractor & Procurement department for material delivery to timely completion of the project.
- Preparing and Uploading Project Plans on Aontu. ( Project Tool like Primavera )
- Progress monitoring according to Weekly and monthly look ahead plans.
- Review of progress and share MOMs with all stake holders.
- Preparation of Highlights & Report the concerns of site related bottlenecks.
- Preparation of Scope (BOQs, BOMs) from Engineering Drawings for Piping and Structure, Floating RFQs and negotiation with vendors.
- Completely control of buying tools Ariba & SAP for raising PRs and issuing POs.
- Forecast the full year and quarterly planned CAPEX Cashflow, Submit to finance and track with Engineering team and project manager with action plans.
- Progress Monitoring as per P6 Level-IV Plan and highlight critical activities.
- Prepared project timelines tracking sheets and made projection adjustments.
- Prepare data and information for making regular and sound Progress.
- Tracked the delivery of all project-related materials according schedule timeline.
- Prepare agenda and attend the Client meeting ( JGC) along with Planning Engineer and site manager.
- Coordinate with execution and QC team for inspection of completed activities.
- Planning the Erection of Pipe spools according to lifting plans so that maximum Dia Inch welding can be achieved.
