Responsible for keeping plant equipment and production level as per targeted plan.
To monitor Production capacity as well as the process efficiency.
To execute Production Plan in accordance with the sales demand.
To manage Manpower and train them as per requirement.
To monitor and control the Quality Control parameters of processes.
To reduce in house defects generated from production floor.
To arrange material as per production plan, efficiently use the raw material and control the wastage and losses.
Liaison with maintenance department for repair and maintenance jobs.

Department: Powder Coating Plant
To prepare daily production plan issued by PPC department and achieve daily production targets.
To arrange raw and WIP materials as per daily production plan.
Interact with maintenance department for providing needful support for troubleshooting problems.
To reduce process waste and material rejection as per QA reports.
To conduct trials for new raw Materials.
To ensure Implementation of Integrated Management System.
To monitor and record material dispatch and receive.
To prepare production feasibility for new products.
Manpower management and control overtime during peak season of production.
To keep the morale of team up for maximum participation in KAIZEN activity and conduct necessary training for maintaining their SKILL MATRIX.
To provide technical assistance for troubleshooting powder coatings defects to produce excellent components.

To Monitor and Record progress of Mechanical fabrication projects.
