Duties & Responsibilities:
OM46 Project:
• Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of 6 Rental Power Plants of Saudi Electricity Co. MV Generation. Troubleshooting of Cummins Engines QSK60-G6 with DEIF AGC-100 Controllers.
• Raise PR for Consumables and Critical Materials for Generator's Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.
• Manage and Assign routine and emergency jobs to Electrical and Mechanical Teams as per the job requirements.
V10 & 9H Project:
• Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of 19 IPPs for SEC with Cumulative Generating Capacity of 50 MW, Generation level MV/LV and Equipment Including Generators, Transformers, Compressors, Switchgear & Other Site Facilities..
• Troubleshooting and Programming of DeepSea 7310/7510/8610, PCC 3.3 and ComAp controllers. Troubleshooting of all kind of Control circuits of Generators, Compressors, PFI panels and switchgear.
• Hand on troubleshooting of Volvo Penta engines TAD532GE, TAD732GE, TAD734GE, and TAD1641GE. Cummins KTA19-G2, KTA38-G14, QSX-15.
• Raise PR for Consumables and Critical Materials for Generator's Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.
• Conduct and Submit Daily, Monthly and Annual Reports to the Client. Conduct Inventory Control Reports to Meet the Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. PP9 (Power Plant No 9, Riyadh 2600MW)
• Participated in Testing of GSU.
• Supervised Termination of Control Cables of Protection panels and Modifications as per Client Requirements Under Witness of Consultant.
2. PP10 (Power Plant No 10 Riyadh 2340MW)
• Testing & Commissioning of Generator Protection Relays, Transformer Protection Relays Multifunction meters, Transformers Testing, Function Test of MV Switchgear.
3. Princess Nourah University Riyadh
• Supervised Installation and Testing of LV & MV Switchgear, MV & LV Cables Termination.
In charge Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Generators Power Plant and LV Substation, Planning & Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance. Maintenance of Electrical Motors, Troubleshooting of Electrical Control Circuits and Cooling Tower Motors Control Panels.
In-Charge Electrical Department. Responsible for smooth operation and troubleshooting of Batch Plant, Sand Washing Plant, Dolly Conveyor and Furnace Reversal System, LV Substation and Maintenance of Electrical Motors and Managing Shift Schedules.
Projects:
1. Anjum Textile Mills, Shahkot Pakistan.
Supervised Erection and Installation of LV Substation, Cable Termination, DB's and Labour Hostel Wiring.
2. Shoaiba Paper Sack Plant, Kalar Kahar Pakistan
Supervised Electrical Power & Protection Panels Assembling, Erection, Testing & Commissioning and Handover of LV Switchgear to the client. Installation of Bus Tie Duct, Cable Trays and Earthing System. Labour and Staff Hostel Wiring, Assembling of PFI Panels, Distribution Panels.
Worked as Shift In-Charge, Responsible of Smooth Operation of Steel Manufacturing Machines. Troubleshooting of control circuits.
