Major Responsibilities:

Maintain financial control by developing and implementing policies. Budget forecasting, Cost controls, Revenue enhancing. Day-to-day audited the transactions of all branches. Resolve the discrepancy of transactions between bank and internal system on daily basis. Checked and posted petty expense vouchers under the specific head of concerned branch. Checked and posted salaries. Prepare the bank reconciliation on monthly basis for all accounts. Prepared the Financial Statements and reports on monthly basis of all branches separately. Audit the Cash Flow Statement prepared by the cashier. Verification of financial transactions by audited the sporting documents. Prepare comparative analysis of revenue and cost on monthly basis. Manage the accounts receivables and follow-up for payment collection. Provide training and guideline regarding financial issues to the staff as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

Supervise the four branches including main branch. Provide Administrative sport. Corresponding with clients and other offices through Letter writing, Telephonic and emailing. Provide assistance for Making Strategies, Planning and Analysis for Business Improvement. Provide assistance for the improvement of customer services standard. Auditing and verifying insurance documents, releasing insurance payments, calculating commission and resolve the discrepancies with insurance company.
