.Facilitate consistent and fair implementation of HR policies and procedures
.Prepare the Company’s policies, procedures, SOP’s and other matters
.Responsible for managing all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
.Provide management and staff with the necessary guidance and interpretation on all HR related matters.
.Guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
Site inspections throughout the year for implementation of ‘Evaluation Scoring System’ to keep the quality standards up to the mark
.Reporting to CEO and Director of the company regarding the findings and other matters of Head Office & Sites
.Ensure proper implementation of the performance management system and provide the necessary facilitation and support in that exercise.
.Employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
.Finalization of projections and progress reports for the year
.Conduct Inquiries and Investigations on disciplinary matters
.Organizing Employees Training Programs and taking active participation to give training to all employees of Daewoo Pakistan Motorway Service Ltd. on the subjects like: “Human Resource & Professional Etiquettes”
.Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance
.Plan, develop, and direct recruitment activities.
Identify and resolve personnel relations, organizational productivity, and employee morale issues
.Develop and direct the training of employees Maintain personnel files, attendance records Organize effective communications between management and staff Update calendar of events
.Dealing with Government Department i.e EOBI, Social Security, Labour Department.
Handling Labour Legal Cases.
