Pricing, and sales proposal to customers.

1. Deployment
Visit remote site as per instructions of supervisor. Deploy new hardware/equipment/application, switches firewalls and power equipment. Cabling between switches firewalls and servers configure switches. Firewalls on remote sites and within client’s premises and Configure hardware and Networks and Ensure proper working of hardware and networks.
2. Monitoring
Monitor installed equipment/application. Resolve network layer 2 issues, Forward network level 3 issues and other issues to site in charge.
3. Operation & Maintenance
Solve problems on Windows platforms, monitor & identify problems in network, Support desktops, laptops, blackberries, network printers and software installation. Troubleshoot Basic switch/router/server, Troubleshoot issues when occur, Check and maintain logs of switches and routers, manage and monitor Exchange server 2003 on HP SAN cluster environment, Active Directory server 2003 IN ORDER TO keep the operations running.
4. Documentation
Keep record of all equipment’s of site, Maintain log of issues daily, Maintain log of complaints registered on service desk, Keep record inventory issued to users, Send documents to site in charge IN ORDER TO keep record of all activities.
5. Service Desk Support
Receive calls, Generate ticket, Provide on call support, Forward issues to concern departments, Visit sites to maintain and upgrade layer 2 network, Follow-up with concern department for resolving complaints, Close tickets after verification, Install and configure hardware on request IN ORDER TO ensure maximum support to clients.
6. Server Administration
Monitor, Configure and tune performance of servers, Resolve issues if found, Update Operating Systems patches, Upgrade software's, Analyze logs for performance tuning, Generate and share system health reports with site in charge IN ORDER TO ensure proper working of servers.
7. Inventory Management
Monitor complete inventory of Network hardware, cabling and power diagrams, Trace and record power supply mechanism of site equipment's, Update above mention inventories when required IN ORDER TO keep up to date inventory details.

• Supervision of all the 150 Branches all over Pakistan.
