- Prepare strategic workforce plan with the help of department heads;

- Conduct job analysis and developing a repository of JDs with the help of unit heads and other stakeholders;
- Assist unit heads devising the manpower need analysis keeping the business plans in view;

- Handle HR audits of various organizations from IT sector, Textile sector, Consultancy, Automation and top tier BPOs; and
