Responsibilities
• Independently responsible to all site works completion (technical & non-technical) from site take over to hand over to client for assign project site.
• Dealing with consultant and client for quality work and site obstacles solutions.
• Dealing with designer for drawing revisions and modification as per engineering and site requirements.
• Prepare BOQ & BOC for project cost estimation and analysis from drawings and purposed plans.
• Prepare BOQ and invoices for submission to consultant and client.
• Coordinate to consultant for the verification and approvals of submitted BOQs and invoices.
• Verify sub-contractors BOQ and progress invoices.
• Prepare BOM and as per work progress.
• Analyzing work completion and arranging payment to contractors.
• Material calculation and generating material request according to work progress.
• Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
• Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule for site work and steel procurement.
• Monitoring of all construction activities like excavation, compaction, steel work, form work, concrete pouring, block work, plastering, earth working etc.
• Ensure good quality of work and safety standards at site.
• Arrange the material according the site requirement.
• Planning for work, to utilize minimum source but getting maximum output with good quality and minimum time limit.
• Controlling labor schedule and making monthly weekly and daily working plane.
• Ensure all the required work permits and RFI on time and all the team follow the condition of permits.
• Monitoring subcontractor activities & work progress.
• Supervising all civil structural and Architectural works.
• Making bar bending schedule and B O Qs.
• Coordinating with the client Engineering department for inspection and pouring concrete.
• Ensure maintaining of good quality work and safety standards at site.
• Arrange the material according the site requirement.
• Planning for work, to utilize minimum source but getting maximum output with good quality and minimum time limit.
• Controlling labor schedule and making monthly weekly and daily working plane.

• Coordinating with mechanical engineering department and electrical engineering department to minimize future problem during mechanical and electrical erection.
