As the Regional Director Sales and Distribution in Telenor Pakistan, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and distribution operations in my region. My primary focus is on developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer acquisition and retention.

I am leading a team of sales and distribution managers and executives, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the effective execution of sales plans and targets. My responsibilities also include conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. I develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, and represent the company at various industry events and forums.
