• Arrange the budget of event and getting approval from the Board of Director
• Creating event concept for Motorshow Exhibition, Product Launching, Dealer Event, Media and Community Gathering, Sponsorship and etc.
• Correspondence and communicate with various of work division such as like sales, aftersales, supplier, event organizer, finance and accounting, insurance and dealing with them.
• Supervise event preparation, running the event, and report the event to Management
• Analyze the market share and reporting which the most effective activities to gain sales volume
• Manage and arrange the Marketing activities of Renault dealer monthly
• Distribute promotion materials (brochure, leaflet, booklet, flyer, flags, and merchanidse to all Renault dealers
