Standardize Husky Injection Moulding Machines according to standard operating procedures.
Trouble shooting of Husky Injection Moulding Machine alarms and other problems.
Responsibility for quality and accuracy of finishing product produced.
Respond to all process Alarms, monitor and respond to all analyzer and laboratory test result.
Follow all plant Health and safety rules including use of all required personnel protective
equipment.
Running Pet preform machine with optimized cycle time, waste and targeted for a grade
production
Supervise mold maintenance.
Enthusiastically, participated during Erection and commissioning of Injection Moulding Machine
HYPET 225 HPP-5 (Hopper, resin dryer, mold dryer, Cool Pik, Chiller, Compressor & Cooling Tower).
Responsible for plant cleanliness, safe storage of production material and organization of product.
To collect the necessary information and instruction from the previous shift
smooth running of the section.
• To discuss with PM about overall production if necessary.
• Monitor and visually inspect plant equipment and equipment indicators to
detect operating problems.
• Coordination for routine and special maintenance with other departments,
risk assessment potential hazards.
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers, working out the human and
material resources needed.
• To generate complete production and troubleshooting reports.
