Working as an Accountant (Accounts Department)
Responsibilities Reporting to Finance Manager
1. Using Oracle Retail Management System (ORMS)
• Identifying differences in Inventory of ERP & ORMS & their Rectification
• Mapping Natural Account # & location Codes in Internal Audit, External Audit & Incorrect Receiving
2. Using Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP): • Conducting regular business reviews of financial performance
• Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems.
• Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
• Responsible for updating account records in ERP.
• Preparation and uploading of Data in ERP.
• Making entries regarding Amortization/Payroll/Annual Adjustments/Insurance Claims/Utilities in the General Ledger.
3. Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) at the end of the Month.
4. Maintain Daily Base Financial Position.
5. Maintain Provident Fund (PF) & Pension Fund (PF) Reconciliation at the end of the month.
6. Posting of fund transfer voucher in GL on daily basis of all collection accounts
7. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc. in ORMS.
8. Reviewed and corrected any discrepancies.
