Prepare production schedules as per business demand.
Analyze and plan the production team, required equipments and materials to produce different products within the schedule.
Responsible for maintaining and improving the productivity with extensive quality and cost reduction.
Mentor and coordinate with production staff members.
Check all Motorcycles fenders and Rim quality and take production on standard.
Responsible for the plant and equipment maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts.
Supervising the smooth operation of the company manufacturing process.
Preparation of estimates for Mechanical Engineering works.
To guide supervisor to lead the plant as per production planning.

Supervising and overseeing all processes and engineering personnel, supporting fabrication,
assembly, test, handling, and inspection.
Supervising equipment especially Plate Heat Exchangers and Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine the disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery of key materials.
Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, maintaining production goals and reduce inventory
carrying costs.
