I am currently working as IT Analyst at TATA Consultancy Services, where I am working for a client called Lloyds Banking Group(LBG), which is a major British banking and financial institution. I am working in Development and Maintenance, Customer service and support for LBG application. The application is a credit decisioning system where it takes decision and action on accounts whose account balance goes beyond the agreed credit limit. Application will take actions like charging and/or sending letters to customers.
It is a mainframe(JCL, COBOL, DB2, SQL, CICS, File AID, ENDEVOR, VSAM, IBM Utilities) based application. In this application, I have supported the live batch monitoring, Incident management and implementing new client requirements.
I have completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University in the year 2011. I got 8.36 out of 10-point GPA.
