1. Responsible for the preparation of Monthly “Statement of Comprehensive Incomes” on Spinning Unit
2. Responsible for the preparation of Production base “statement of comprehensive incomes”
3. Reporting to CFO about Production Yield on daily and monthly basis and compare it with standards in respect of both quantities and amounts
4. Responsible for the preparation of weekly fund flow statement and ensure that payments made to parties within Scheduled time
5. Responsible to review all sales vouchers on daily basis i.e. Export Journal vouchers, Local sales journal vouchers and waste journal vouchers before signing of CFO
6. Responsible for monthly count-wise reconciliation of bags
7. Monthly preparation of Sales, cotton and other operating expenses budgets
8. Monthly Markup Calculation
9. Monthly reporting to Chief Financial Officer regarding Labor costs of Mill
10. Monthly physical verification of inventory in Mill
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) is the name of the degree that is issued by Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). I got CMA degree withing two and half year.
I have Passed Master in commerce with major subject in Finance.
