Participating with other departments and divisions of the company in quality and planning issues
My main responsibilities are as follow:
• To maintain Accounts, Handle daily cash receipts & Payments, Banking and reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
• To maintain personnel records, prepare & disburse monthly salaries and supervise inventories/stores.
• To manage Taxation matters, liaison with Consultants, Auditors, Suppliers i.e Dawlance, Philips, National, General, Toshiba, Indesit, Morphy Richards & Candy and Customers (retailers) of Rawalpindi region as well.
Main responsibilities:-
• To prepare/maintain personnel attendance, leave and compensation records.
• Manage procurement and Inventory, Issue boarding and lodging invoices to respective customers and collection.
• Correspondence with the Factories site & head offices and Banks.
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION/MEMBERSHIPS: • Forensic Accountant/Auditor (AFA) - 2014 Member of the Institute of Forensic Accountants, Pakistan • Postgraduate Diploma in Public Accounting - 2013 Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan • Certified Financial Consultant (CFC) - 2010 Institute of Financial Consultants, Canada • Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), USA - since 2006 Internship for 3 months was completed at Habib Bank Ltd. The functions that carried out at HBL are as follow: • Customers Services, manual postings in to customer’s ledgers and to reconcile Cash Book at day closing. • Preparation of Customer’s accounts statements, Demand Drafts, Call Deposits and pay orders. • Zakat Deducted once on 1st Ramadan 1990.
