• Multi-Parameter Analyzer Controller Transmitter Parameterization and troubleshooting.
• Designing P&IDs, hook up drawings, instrument location drawings, cable routing drawings, junction boxes location drawing, instrument index, I/O list, control loop drawings.
• STB module installation & configuration Testing Commissioning.
• Installation and modification of SCADA Systems including Wonderware InTouch, Wonderware Archestra IDE, Wonderware Historian, Schneider Vijeo Designer and Siemens WinCC Flexible,
• Developing, and installation of Schneider’s “M340”, “Premium HSB”,
QUANTUM “SIEMENS S7-1200, S7-300, S7400, S7-1500 PLCs”, TBOX RTUs PLCs.
• Programming of Schneider PLCs, Siemens and Allen Bradley.
• Programming of TBox RTUs using TwinSoft software.
• Detailed engineering, submittals, development of operational control philosophy for automation system.
• Troubleshooting of Schneider, Siemens, and Semaphore TBox Control Systems.
• R&D on various brand PLC controllers with respect to Modbus communication.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Fiber Optic Switches for communication.
