• As in Officer of Quality Assurance ensure all inspection (Incoming Materials, In-process packaging & Final Inspection) processes, including Hygiene & Product Safety Standards according to the ISO-procedures with TQM approach
• Also responsible of following activities.
• Technically, responsible for all type of packaging development which need by Marketing department & end customer.
• Actively participating to implement the ERP base software/system “Discreet Manufacturing Module” with in organization through coordination of all concerned.
• Initiate/develop the new method for preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) to calculate the requirement of packaging material by supply chain department.
• Develop the method to monitoring & controlling the wastages and cost reduction with in the organization through analysis of physical data.

Verification of Master Sanitation schedule & process, CIP, sanitations.
Conduct customer’s survey regarding new products launching.
Expert in beverage physioco-chemical and sugar analytical techniques.
Documentation & Implementation of AIBI (American Institute of Bakers International), Food Safety system and its auditing.
Implementing QA auditing concepts and procedures throughout organization.
Implementation of ISO 9001, 17025, 22000, Food Safety System (HACCP); Documentation Checklist & SOP and their implementation, Root cause and failure analysis, Statistical quality tools, corrective/preventive action plans.
Calibration and maintaining the testing equipment, solutions and materials for tests, per the PI Quality Manual Procedures and Frequency.
Assure producing quality package integrity without defects and hold or reject any out of specifications.
Knowledge of production and relevant operations personnel of approval, adjustments or corrective quality measures to be taken, where necessary, to prevent production of defective product.
Implementation & monitoring of GMP, s GLP, s & conduct internal QA audits.
Final Light rejection monthly Report Preparation and rectification of major issues.
Professional experience of Quality Assurance, Production, safety.
Complete knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control point system for reducing or eliminating any hazard risk to product quality.
Worked as a team member in achieving Foreign Matter Risk Management Certification, Consistent Green Ranking and west Asia Business Unit (WABU).
Quality Award from Pepsi Cola International America.
