• Responsible for execution of infrastructure for assigned project(Multi-storeyed Buildings)
• Lead the construction of Substation, underground pump rooms, water tanks, Support & Security buildings, roads, Infrastructure, Concrete Works, foundations, earthwork, etc.
• Prepared project controls documents, developed cost estimates, resource histogram commercial & technical Proposals, project master & detailed schedule through P6 and provided construction oversight.
• Responsible for tracking & reviewing the project progress continuously and keep the Project manager apprised of the progress and the areas needing attention for schedule adherence.
• Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Ensured the safe, cost effective and timely completion of all projects.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Day to day site management including supervision, monitoring subcontractors.
• Drive execution of procurement activities in line with the policies of the company
• Preparing & coordinating Project reports & documents.
• Execute the work as per drawings and standards in both discipline Structural and Architectural from sub structure to superstructure.
• Responsible for Infrastructure (Hardscape, street lights, CCTV & Qtel Cable, Roads & Ancillary Works( Substation, Pump Rooms, Water Tanks, Boundary Wall)).
• Coordination of varied services like Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire fighting etc with a strong emphasis on meeting scheduled timelines.
• Manage the systems related to billing, payment certification and budget control.
• Manage day to day issues and independently manage contractors
• Planning, distribution and management of all kind of resources.
• Follow up the work progress and subcontractors performance (with construction manager).
• Insure the implementation of safety, QA/QC procedures and company policy.
• Progress monitoring and reporting on daily and weekly basis.
• Execute the structural work from sub-structure to super-structure.
• Supervision of frame structure excavation, form work, steel work and concrete
• Ensure work is in conformance to the contract, approved plans and specifications.
• Co-ordination with consultant, contractor and sub-contractor for smooth flow of work
• Day-to-day planning, monitoring and execution of the work plan, especially involving multiple contractors and multiple works at different stages.
• Follow up progress planning and all its requirements.
• Preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
