Responsible for supply chain functions which include material planning, analysis and distribution in style/Job order.
Responsible for oversee in trim store activities and inventory management.
Supervised staff of trims store receiving and issuance counters, including US and European buyers.
Producing style/job order wise costing report for senior management.
Prepare stock report in month end, over see cycle inventory activity on weekly basis.
Track all imported trims from receiving, consumption till export. 100% utilization and reporting with a zero loss scenior.
