• Assisting group HR Manger and Recruitment Manger. (Volume off staff 3500+)
• Responsible and advisor for Head Office (including Projects) human resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, performance management, policies implementation, time management, Visa Section, employee relations, disciplinary action.
• Monitoring centralized recruitment control system for ongoing and under bidding/new upcoming projects.
• Ensuring implementation of HR operations as per company policy and Saudi labor law.
• Presenting monthly/annually payroll reports with analysis, staff data statics report, compensation and benefits processing, Provisions report, mobilization/demobilization plan to the management.
• Visiting Project’s HR Dept. for internal audit, training, development, and Structuring HR functions.

• Follow up government affairs and functions with GRO office for QIWA, GOSI, MUQEEM, COC, Labor office etc.
