Duties:
• Develop electrical design, schematics and drawings in coordination with AutoCAD operator.
• Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support,
• Research supplier products for assembly components
• Power up electrical systems and configure hardware per application specifications
• Check quality of assemblers and technicians work and respond to inquiries during assembly
• Manage projects.
• Program PLCs where needed.
• Supervise electronic panel fabrication and testing. Commission systems.
• Travel for training, meetings and commissioning. Develop, implement, and maintain design control systems for batch and/or continuous operations.
• Troubleshoot control system failures.
• Development of functional design specifications, user requirements and specification requirements.
• Provide assistance to operations in evaluating operation and programming of major new equipment and design of modifications and changes.
• Manage Distribution Automation projects from Quoting stage through acceptance.
• Design logic, program relays and controllers, and test systems as required for projects.
• Assist Production Manager with minor modifications as necessary for specific required applications.
• Researched and updated all required materials needed for firm.
Working closely with civil engineers, architects, engineering technicians and IT
staff to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Duties:
· Use computer-assisted engineering and design software.
· Attend meetings on site.
· Read electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
· Making sure all electrical engineering projects are fit for
purpose.
· Attend meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers
and clients.
Project:
High Speed Single Lane Sachet Filling Machine: PLC, HMI and Servo based Sachet Filling and Packing Machine with variable weights and sizes.
